Maintenance

Commercial snow removal

 Snow removal will include all specified parking lot areas, driveways/walkways, doorways, and sidewalks which will be completed with a snowplow where applicable and snowblowers and shovels where needed.

Salting will include all specified parking lot areas, driveways/walkways, doorways, and sidewalks.

Weekly lawn maintenance

Weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, line trimming, edging, and blowing starting at $42 per cut

Spring clean up

-Cut back and/or remove previous years annuals and perennials

- Remove leaves and debris from garden beds and lawn areas

- Remove excess thatch from lawn areas with blowers and rakes

- Perform initial cut, trim, edge, and blowing of lawn

- Remove debris from site

Fall clean up

- Cut back and/or pull seasonal annuals

- Deadhead perennials where applicable

- Remove leaves, sticks, and other debris from garden beds and lawn area

- Perform final lawn cut at a lower length than usual to prevent fungus issues

- Remove debris from site (curbside dumping where applicable)

- Clean up of general work area

Mulch

- Remove weeds and debris from beds and redefine natural bed edges to prepare for new mulch

- Apply pre-emergent herbicide

- Install selected mulch at 2”- 3” depth

- Select mulch starting at $50 per yard

Garden Maintenance

  - Remove weeds and debris from designated garden beds

- Removal of spent flowers where applicable 

- Relieve soil compaction and stimulate roots of plant material with cultivation

- Re-define natural bed edges

Shrub Trimming

- Trim shrubs, hedges, smaller ornamental trees

- Clean up general work area

- Additional fees may apply on anything requiring over a 6' ladder

Lawn core aeration

-  Use aerator to perforate lawn and remove cores

-  Aeration is used to alleviate soil compaction to allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. 

- This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn.

Power washing

  - Pressure washing of any wanted areas. 

Garages, homes, decks, gutters, patios, walkways, etc.

- Power washed paver areas to be re-sanded after washing at additional charge.
